Many years of management in the education field prepared Richard well for his position as Hatfield & Dawson's Business Manager. He has extensive experience in financal management and administration, including developing and administering budgets, managing both accounts payable and receivable, and forecasting. He is skilled in developing and implementing programs, policies, and procedures for improved efficiency and performance.
Richard's management skills aren't restricted to the financial, however. His personnel and staff development experience includes employee relations, problem solving, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action. He has served as a liaison between organizations and all employee classifications. His experience encompasses hiring, supervising, and scheduling personnel, as well as training and development, staff evaluations, and complaint investigations.
